Each active Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing establishment must report production for the 2020 calendar year on or before March 1, 2021. If you wish to maintain an active pesticide establishment registration with EPA, you are required to report even if you did not produce pesticides or devices during the calendar year 2020.

If you fail to report on or before the March 1^st annual due date you may be subject to enforcement actions under FIFRA Section 14, 7 U.S.C. §136l, which, provides for the assessment of civil penalties and/or criminal fines for violations of FIFRA. Failure to submit a report may result in termination of your establishment registration and impact your ability to produce pesticides.
